The old "Pagliara", and farmers’ shelters, now accomodate the different dining rooms, which with its structural elements lead back to the life that took place at one time within the walls of the farm.
Each room is equipped with antique fireplaces and enriched with vaulted ceilings and star, which contribute to the family atmosphere.
THE RESTAURANT FEEDING FROM OUR GARDENS
Most of the raw materials that make up the course are produced on site, according to procedures of biological farming.
The kitchen fits the seasonality of products, differentiating courses according to their availability and allowing natural, therefore, to assure the health, freshness and quality.
Our dishes have their roots in the old country recipes, but, at the same time, are conceived in a modern way, with the intent to satisfy the senses, from sight to taste. Antica Masseria Scagnito is the ideal destination for romantic dinners, and for Sunday lunches in the family, but can also accommodate small weddings and ceremonies of any type.
